A couple of months before the reservation my wife asked them if they can accommodate a guest with gluten allergies. Response was of course we can. A couple of weeks before she asked again and the response was definitely. The day before arriving (we were staying at the hotel and the restaurant is inside the hotel) again she let the restaurant know. We arrived and they Literally had no idea. What? Oh dear, you are gluten free? Oh my, okay we will let the chef know and we will see what he can do. Three times not once not twice but three times servers put a gluten item in front of her. I can show you a one star Michelin restaurant in Los Angeles that keeps track of what item and preferences each and every guest they have ever served since day one! Presentations were very nice. Their tiny baguette and butter was my favorite. I can go to Bastible with no star and one third of the expense and get a better meal. To be fair their lamb dish was very tasteful. I waited two weeks to write this as I didn’t want to write this. A beautiful presentation of chocolates. That was a wow! I liked the art pieces on the tables.

Everything done to perfection. Only let down by a ridiculous wine list on a tablet....what a palaver! It really brings down the tone and spoils the experience.

I dined here as the grand finale to my trip to Dublin and Ireland, and I definitely feel I saved the best for last. My partner and I tried the 8 course chef's tasting menu (it was more like 12 courses altogether). As full disclosure this was my first time experiencing French cuisine. Everything we tasted was absolutely delightful with the duck and amuse bouche as some of the standouts. The service staff were extremely attentive and the level of service was next level excellence. If you are visiting Dublin I encourage you to consider giving this establishment a visit.

Phenomenal lunch and generous servings. Each dish was absolutely exquisite with excellent ingredients. The cheese cart is a real treat. Taking the quality into account I think its good value. The staff were top class too.

Terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience this time and definitely won’t be coming back.
