Phenomenal lunch and generous servings. Each dish was absolutely exquisite with excellent ingredients. The cheese cart is a real treat. Taking the quality into account I think its good value. The staff were top class too.
Terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience this time and definitely won’t be coming back.
I had very high expectations, given that it was a two-Michelin-starred restaurant, especially since I've eaten at many places around the world—most without stars—that have been extraordinary gastronomic experiences. Unfortunately, this place fell far short of my expectations. The service was inconsistent and, at times, disappointing. When we asked for cocktail recommendations, one staff member was completely unhelpful; another did give us a good recommendation, which turned out to be the only truly good cocktail of the evening. The rest of the recommended drinks were too basic, like a soft drink with a little alcohol added, which is completely unjustifiable for the price. Even the most basic details failed the experience: one of the breads they served was incredibly hard, literally impossible to bite into, so I couldn't eat it. This is something you don't expect at a restaurant of this caliber. In terms of value for money, the experience is not worth the price. At that price point, one expects excellence in both the food and the service, and that wasn't the case here. The end of the evening was especially frustrating: initially, there were about seven attentive waiters at our table, but when we asked for the bill, they simply vanished. We raised our hands repeatedly, and no one approached. We had to wait over half an hour to pay, each of us paying separately, which left a very bad final impression. Honestly, I wouldn't return. There are many restaurants without Michelin stars that offer much better experiences than this one.
Highly Recommended. Fantastic Dinner enjoyed the à la carte 3 course menu: Appetiser: Croquette of Suckling Pig Hand Dived Scallops. Eventhough they provided the Red Autumn Salad by mistake, which was not to my taste. The scallops were amazing. Meat: Red Leg Partridge Sika Deer in Pancetta. Dessert: Soufflé of Piedmont Hazelnut Black Fig “Pastilla” The food was sensational (except salad) and a fabulous experience. We had different wines for each course. I did not feel the wine justified the price. The service was very efficient and professional. Overall a wonderful experience.
