Feedback
O'Connell's in Howth offers a mixed dining experience, with some diners feeling rushed while others feel right at home. The seafood dishes are a standout, though some feel that the lack of tobacco options is a misstep. Despite some negative reviews highlighting cold soup and poor service, others rave about the beef and Guinness pie and friendly staff. With stunning harbor views and wheelchair accessibility, O'Connell's is a popular spot with delicious food, efficient service, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you're in the area, make sure to book ahead to secure a spot at this lovely pub.
Excellent staff very friendly Service great we had a super evening thanks to all at OConnells Pub Restaurant
Great place! if not the view of the parking lot and the road (like many restaurants bordering the port, too bad), nevertheless the view of the port further away
Nice bar with friendly and hard working staff. The food wasn't the best. I had chicken wings, which tasted nice but some of the wings seemed to be refried. There was nothing exciting about the smashed cheese burger, which came with a small portion of chips and some wet salad leaves. The brownie was delicious.
