At Murphy's, we take immense pride in creating real ice cream! Since 2000, we have been crafting our delectable treats right here in Dingle, where our mission is to make you feel good with every scoop. Our goal is to craft memorable flavours that bring joy to your taste buds. We believe in the power of authenticity—no colourings, flavourings, or powdered milk in our ice cream; just the real deal. Our journey begins with fresh, farm-sourced milk, local cream, free-range eggs, and organic sugar. We carefully toast, simmer, bake, and extract real ingredients that lend unique character to our flavours. We even go to the extent of tempering chocolate and infusing alcohol! Our commitment to quality means that we make our very own Sea Salt using Dingle sea water. All of this hard work is aimed at delivering what we hope will be the best ice cream experience you've ever had. Most importantly, we create our ice cream to be enjoyed, shared, and savoured. So come on in, have a Murphy's moment, and dig in to one of our delightful creations. A heartfelt thank you from Seán and Kieran Murphy! When you visit our shops, you’ll find that there’s no secret recipe — just a dedication to using the very best ingredients, including rich milk from the rare Kerry cow, renowned for its exceptional quality. Our wonderful team behind the scenes is key to our success, and when you’re in-store, be sure to say hi to Aine, Kevin, Karen, Louise, Stephen, and the rest of our incredible crew who passionately keep Murphy’s running!.

Great ice cream and the workers walk around while in line and help you sample the ice cream so you don’t have to bumble around when it comes to your turn

Amazing ice cream and very good customer service. You can have some ice cream samples before deciding the flavour you want.
