We carefully toast, simmer, bake, and extract real ingredients that lend unique character to our flavours. We even go to the extent of tempering chocolate and infusing alcohol! Our commitment to quality means that we make our very own Sea Salt using Dingle sea water. All of this hard work is aimed at delivering what we hope will be the best ice cream experience you've ever had. Most importantly, we create our ice cream to be enjoyed, shared, and savoured. A total sleeper hit during our trip to Ireland! The staff is so friendly and the ice cream is SO SO GOOD. We just wish there were a shop closer to home!
Great ice cream. I had the Dingle Sea Salt and the Irish Brown Bread and they were delicious! The staff is also really friendly. There’s not too much seating space indoors, though walking through the streets of Dublin enjoying this ice cream is also fun.
I come by every single time I come to Dublin. Unique flavours of ice cream, they offer you to taste them before ordering, so make sure to try some of the flavours you wouldn’t necessarily go for. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. Prices are that of Dublin, but so very worth it.
