Was Anonym at Millars Kitchen a mag?
We visited recently for a family meal. There was a little confusion regarding confirmation of our reservation, but once that was resolved, we had a wonderful experience. We ordered small plates, one was better than the next, with wonderful flavours. The small plates are served with the mains as they compliment each other. The wine offering could be improved a tad, but was satisfactory. The best compliment I can give... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Millars Kitchen:
Good, but once in a while, they severely screw up (substitute cook the food. Once the bhajis were literally raw, it was disgusting and ended up in the bin. I am already a bit disappointed that part of the food is not fresh and just warmed up, but uncooked food is unacceptable. If you can't meet the number of orders, refuse the overload. This restaurant serves some of the best food I have ever tasted, including my new all-time favorite dish. They also have amazing vegetarian options. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and can't stop eating their delicious food.
The food and service at this restaurant are outstanding! I had a great experience and would definitely return if possible. I did notice that adding some color, wall paintings depicting Indian culture, and other decorative touches would enhance the atmosphere. The energetic background music and formal decor could use a bit of warmth and character. Overall, it's a fantastic place and I highly recommend giving it a try!
The restaurant is located up a flight of stairs in a small yet charming room. The service staff is friendly and the menu offers unique specials not typically found on Indian menus. The food is authentic and expertly spiced, giving off a vibe of a kitchen that knows what they're doing. I would definitely come back to this place. My only slight complaint is that the selection of non-alcoholic beverages is limited, and I missed having traditional lassi when the only option was a Mango version.
