read moreMilano's offers a mixed experience, with delicious pizzas like the pancetta potato but bland margarita options. While service is top-notch, one diner faced poor treatment when simply ordering desserts and coffees. Another group was left without a table despite booking weeks in advance for a special occasion. Despite some drawbacks like pricey offerings and subpar coffee, the restaurant has some strengths, including gluten-free options, tasty linguini dishes, and a warm atmosphere at the Grand Canal Docks location. Inconsistencies in taste are noted, with some reporting a decline in quality. Overall, Milano's has potential but needs to address service and culinary consistency issues.
Service very poor. Waiter forgot one of the starters. Waiting 35 mins for main course. Service definitely needs to improve.
Delicious pizza carbonara, all delivered by pleasant staff.

Great waitstaff! Very attentive. The gluten free pizza with sloppy vegan was ok. The wee carrot cake was good. Great salad!!
