T... read more I went to dinner and ordered the fillet steak for €37. It arrived in a timely manner, between 10 and 15 minutes, which was good since I didn't have a starter. The colcannon was delicious, but the king oyster tasted strange. The banana échalotte was crunchy, not sure if it was meant to be like that. The meat was excellent and tender, but the foie gras jus was bitter and sour, it seemed like white wine was added to the stock without being cooked out properly. The staff, including my new waiter, were all very nice. He hesitated to pour my tall carafe of water with ice cubes into a small glass, we both knew it would spill everywhere. I ordered a Spanish rosé for €9.50, but was brought a French one for €8.50, which wasn't a big issue. The waiter had to check with the barman multiple times to confirm the wine, which was understandable. The manager checked in to see if everything was okay. I mentioned the wine situation, and she kindly took €8.50 off the bill. Two other staff members also asked if everything was alright, so I said yes to avoid repeating the issue. I left a €4 tip for the waiter, who was very nice and helpful.

The food was good, but the egg... read more My friend and I enjoyed brunch at this restaurant and discovered that they make great cocktails, especially the espresso martini. The food was good, but the eggs were a bit cold. The service was very attentive, despite some complaints in other reviews. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant are fantastic. However, it is on the pricier side - even without cocktails, it costs around 20 euros per person. Just a heads up, this new restaurant has no connection to the hardware store that was previously in this location, other than the name.

Arrived at 740pm asked had i got a booking brought to table to sit down and then told have to order asap as kitchen is closing .. just got up and left why not told on phone when looking for booking that kitchen closes at 8pm website said 1130pm closing , or could have been told on arrival
