Wow, absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and welcoming especially on reception. Room was immaculate, I loved the little products. Location wise, couldn't be better for access to city centre and also train and luas.carpark right beside it. Really enjoyed the breakfast too. Top marks all round,, id highly recommend this hotel.
I was disappointed to find that the coffee menu was not available when I attempted to order a drink. The server seemed confused and the seating arrangement was unusual. Overall, my experience was not enjoyable. While some may find it to be wonderful, I couldn't quite figure out what the problem was. Is it a lounge, a cafe, a sports bar, or a waiting room? It could be a combination of all or none of those options. Life is full of uncertainties. Perhaps I am just being too critical.
The atmosphere is nice, the staff are fantastic and the music is brilliant, making for an amazing experience.
Great bar, friendly and attentive staff. It's nice and comfortable whilst relatively formal but without being stuck up.
