If I could give Harbour zero stars, I absolutely would. I visited with friends to celebrate a colleague leaving our workplace. From the very beginning, we were served drinks in a cracked glass, and when one of us accidentally broke a wine glass, we politely asked for replacements due to safety concerns. I enjoyed a delightful pint of Guinness at the restaurant. However, the place was empty and too quiet. It was disappointing that there was no mention of food on the menu.

Very nice place, if the waitress could come to the table and we didn't have to go to the bar ourselves, I would give it 5*.
