Description

The restaurant has received mixed reviews, with some diners praising the authentic Chinese cuisine and others criticizing the service. The food was generally well-received, with particular highlights being the dim sum, crispy duck, and juicy dumplings. However, many customers experienced issues with the service, including long wait times, unfriendly staff, and communication problems. Despite the service issues, the quality of the food and the authentic atmosphere of the restaurant received positive feedback overall. Customers with food allergies may want to exercise caution when dining here. Overall, it seems like a hit or miss dining experience with a focus on traditional Chinese cuisine.

Disappointing welcome from the Asian guy who met us at the entrance and asked us to wait ,he eventually got us a table really almost rude attitude,we told the server we had intolerance to certain foods like soy etc but it went on deaf ears I was shocked I wouldn’t go back again even if it was free ,so be careful if you have any allergies going here just make sure your certain they are free of the thing you allergic to ,

Visited here with my girlfriend in November 2022, wasn’t busy at all, service was decent. Food was ok. Highlights for me were the prawn toast and noodles. Everything else was below average but still ok. What shocked us was the bill. It was €73 for me and my girlfriend. We got a starter and a main each. Was gobsmacked by the price. We got a starter dish that was 2 for €15, was half a slice of prawn toast, a frozen spring roll and 1 small rob each. Was ok but €15 was a bit of a rip of for what was presented. Then our main I had a salt and chilli chicken with noodles and herself had a chicken chow main with chips, we ordered 3 cokes and another slice of prawn toast because the small bit we got in the started was actually nice to be fair but again, very small. Portions in general not the biggest especially for the price yous pay. I wouldn’t return here because of the mental price of the food for the below average return.

The food was great service was good but the welcoming unbelievable we were rushed to a seat by the door order taken straight away and rushed out the door they told the people behind us we were leaving soon not to worry we were staying at the Gibson hotel I'm not joking we were made feel so uncomfortable and like we weren't wanted there I was so upset I would never want anyone to feel this way just felt like dirt and we weren't good enough to be there
