At Glas, we draw inspiration from the vibrant landscape, people, and food of Ireland. Our focus is on plant-based ingredients, making vegetables the unsung heroes of Irish cuisine. Enjoy exciting flavors with our carefully curated menu of wines and drinks, featuring small bites and shareable plates that are big on taste. Join us for dinner from 5pm, seven nights a week, or for lunch on Fridays to Sundays from 12.00–2.45pm. Don't miss our Early Bird special from Sunday to Thursday, 5-6pm. Children are welcome for lunch, but please note that children under 10 are not catered for after 5.00 pm.

Glas restaurant offers a unique dining experience with stunning decor and friendly staff. The vegan/vegetarian menu showcases beautiful dishes, but some found the food lacking in creativity and flavor for the high prices. Despite small portions for some dishes, others praised the innovative vegetarian options and excellent service. Some diners were disappointed by portion sizes and slow service, but overall had a positive experience. The restaurant is recommended for its ambiance and unique vegan offerings, with standout dishes like Glazed Shiitake Mushrooms and Corn Crème Brûlée. An overall great spot for vegan fine dining in Dublin.

Delicious, creative, seasonal beautifully presented plant based food. Gorgeous decor lovely ambience. Great cocktails very nice wine list. Service is always great dining here is always a pleasure
I took my aunt here for a pre Christmas lunch. They had a great value set menu with 2 courses for €24 and 3 courses for €28. Everything that arrived to our table was beautifully presented and very tasty. The service was friendly and helpful.
We had a beautiful anniversary dinner at Glas. We were really well looked after by the lovely staff, the food and drink were divine and beautifully presented, and it was very good value for such a high quality meal. The host also gave us an excellent recommendation for a savage pint of Guinness at Kehoe 's and we went there after our dinner and had an excellent time.
Best dinner I had in Ireland. We did not take any pictures because we were enjoying ourselves to remember! Staff were so helpful navigating several allergies. The food was delicious and the combinations of ingredients were so fun and different. This was a bit of a late addition to our itinerary and I'm so glad we went!
