Was Alison at 777 a mag?
Food was unreal but expensive. If going for a full meal I’d reccomend getting 3 portions of tacos. Sides are also small and expensive. The cocktails are fantastic but €15 a pop! Loved the atmosphere, great tunes and the server was very nice. View all feedback.
What Ruth Dilek dislikes about 777:
Disappointed by the menu and the portion size. We are both pescatarian and ordered the prawn and white bean casserole dish only for it to come out with chorizo. We didn’t mind this and we picked it out and ate around it but we mentioned it to the waitress at the end just to bring it to her attention not to complain, and she said ‘oh it doesn’t usually have chorizo in it they must have changed the recipe today’ which... Two years into our Dublin adventure as NYC expats, we were craving authentic Mexican cuisine. Local colleagues pointed us to 777, and let me tell you, it exceeded expectations. We dropped in for Saturday brunch—no reservation needed for a duo, but OpenTable is your friend for larger groups. Initially offered bar seats, we opted for a table with a one-hour limit, which was fine since we 're not ones to dawdle. The service? Impeccable and attentive. Drinks arrived in no time, and I sampled four different margarita-inspired cocktails—all were top-notch. The menu had us hooked at Pigs Head for 2. We also couldn 't resist the Ceviche Watermelon and their unique salsas. A minor hiccup: we expected the special salsas to accompany the chips, but they were actually part of our pork feast. No complaints, though; it added an element of surprise to our taquito-making experience. The main course was a smorgasbord of flavors: roasted corn cobs, potatoes, cabbage, pickled red onions, guacamole, lemons, and jalapeños If you 're ever in Dublin and missing that authentic Mexican kick, 777 is a must-visit. Their unique salsas and cocktail variety set them apart. PS: loved the lemon infused iced balls
The place is cool and drinks are amazing, but if you’re looking for a mexican place this is not the place. It’s a bit expensive tho. But it’s a nice spot to have a date
Really liked 777, menu was a bit different but everything tasted great. Nice casual atmosphere, music playing etc.
