Weavers Venue - Drogheda
Weavers Venue
Description
Set in a stylish, immaculately clean bar, generous portion sizes and flavorful dishes pair well with attentive service, making it a solid pick for families and sports-night outings. Seating varies from cozy areas to high stools, though many tables are marked reserved and truly comfortable spots are limited. Online reservations exist, but phone contact and confirmation emails can be unreliable. The venue is lively and drink-friendly, though loud music and occasional inconsistent service may detract from conversation.

"On Saturday evening, our family decided to dine out. First, I found it impossible to reach them by phone, so I resorted to their website to make a reservation. Unfortunately, the confirmation email I received was unreadable, which led me to call again for clarification."
The food was decent, and the atmosphere was acceptable, but the music was too loud. Ultimately, the service was lacking, except for the younger male bartender who was quite good. The manager, a blonde woman, could use some improvement in her approach.
Weavers is a beautifully designed bar, but it consistently has "Reserved" signs on all the tables. There are only a handful of truly comfortable seats available, and some high stools as well.
My partner Andrew and I visited this restaurant yesterday to watch a football match. We were quickly seated and greeted by a waitress named Andrea, who promptly brought us the menus and our drinks. She was attentive throughout our visit, coming back to take our food order, which was absolutely delicious—I highly recommend it! We ended up staying for a while, and Andrea continued to be incredibly helpful and pleasant, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. I would definitely recommend this bar for food and drinks for a night out; the seating areas are lovely as well.
