Trinity Quarter - Drogheda
Trinity Quarter
Description
A trendy restaurant with amazing ambience but mixed reviews on the food. While some diners found the menu lacking vegetarian options and the dishes bland and overcooked, others enjoyed delicious meals and top-notch service. Some praised the COVID safety measures and outdoor dining experience, while others felt disappointed by high noise levels and slow service. The beautiful decor, friendly staff, and tasty cocktails were highlighted as positives, with raving reviews of the sea trout and tomahawk steak. Despite some inconsistencies, the overall consensus seems to be a positive dining experience with a few hiccups along the way.

Feedback
Food was lovely good ambience but Daniel (I think was his name) in the downstairs restaurant area was literally the best. So helpful kind. Great vibes. Shoutout to Cathal too, he was great! Lovely cocktails too.
We visited Trinity Quarter last night for their second only tasting menu and wow, was it a treat. The theme was ‘Down South’ and ranged from egg yolk ravioli to beef brisket. Each course was revealed as a surprise. We had 6 courses in total, outstanding food from a local chef Alan Wilton. It exceeded all our expectations. The service is also worthy of a mention, it was fantastic and all the staff really understood the menu. At only €45 per head, it was also excellent value. We can’t wait to go back and try another tasting evening. Well done to everyone concerned. It is great to have such an initiative in our local area.
