Youd be hard pushed to find a member of staff that actually smiles and it seems a lot of them stand around doing nothing. Visited today and it really took the biscuit. I was the only person in the queue and it took 5 minutes to ve served. Asked for a brown roll sub to which the girl asked for confirmation 3 times and when i back to work to eat it...it was made on white. Food is fine, normal cafe food but someone really needs to work on their customer service
