We tried two pasta dishes (adequate), a caprese sandwich (barely passable and oddly reminiscent of a microwaved meal), and chicken nuggets with fries (surprisingly the highlight of the evening). Service was another low point: our waiter was pushy, impatient, and generally obnoxious. A free popsicle on the way out provided a small silver lining — but not nearly enough to make us consider a return visit. Not in a million years. Drin... read more Arrived with a reservation and was greeted rudely by a host talking on a headset holding out a finger not to be interrupted. Seated and ordered on an iPad. Drinks served by a robot. Incorrect table numbers when food started arriving on the rollercoaster led to some confusion. Once order status indicated on the way to guests it still took another 15 minutes only to get stuck and required being dislodged with a broom handle by a waitress. Total food order to delivery time 45 minutes. Food quality was low for the price. Over 50 euro for two people including drinks. Requesting service by button to pay the bill took another quarter hour. Complain to the rude host and told we 're full, that 's just the way it is! Unglaublich... half the tables were empty! We had to get up and find the waitress ourselves to pay, and then had tip amounts suggested to us on the receipt! Total experience 1.5 hours for a leisurely lunch. Can 't recommend.
