We recently ate here for the first time and unfortunately we were missing the “finesse”. The food was good, but we missed the “wow” effect and, above all, sustainability. The service was friendly, but not very personal/individual (regular guests, however, were wooed differently). And there is definitely room for improvement here from a technical perspective. Or do you want to appear more modern and break with etiquette?! The wine pairing was nothing special and we only really learned anything more about one of the wines, other than that it tasted good and went great with the respective dish. The ambience was also not very appealing for us, everything was rather cramped. Luckily, tastes and expectations are different for us there are definitely better addresses in the city that offer a more rounded overall package and make you feel more welcome.
