We've tried several restaurants from the Arabic area around the Görlitzerstraße and this is actually the best of our choice. The food is fresh and not so fat. It is traditional Syrian cuisine. What friedrich j doesn't like about Diwan… Das Syrische:
The price is simply not appropriate. We don't eat much. With a grill plate for two, for 35€, I expect at least two of every grill speciality, and to be filled. The plate is not enough for two people if you are not just alone and on diet. From the menu, unfortunately, no conclusions could be reached on the quantity. Tastefully really good, price-performance-wise I would definitely guess. View all feedback.
Delicious food. Highly recommended! Especially good for big groups.
We had a wonderful evening. The ambience is unique, warm and pleasant. The food tastes similarly magical.
