I particularly enjoyed th... read more This restaurant is truly remarkable. The atmosphere is carefully curated and it's no surprise that they have expanded so successfully. I particularly enjoyed the menu being presented in a little newspaper. It was a nice touch to read about the employees they honor. With locations near my home, I can't wait to dine there again. The sausages were the best I've ever had at a restaurant and the Volcanoes we ordered were devoured in minutes.

However, it took us so long to order then get our bill. I asked for a box it took another bit after our bill for me to receive a box. It didn’t seem that busy. Maybe our waitress was new. I’m not really sure. Good was great though!

The atmosphere is thoughtfully designed, and it's clear why these restaurants have become so popular. I really appreciated the little newspaper with the menu inside; it was enjoyable to read about the honored employees. I noticed they have locations near my home, so I'm definitely planning to visit them. The sausages were the best I've ever had at a restaurant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the Volcanoes we ordered.

Unfortunately, what I received was a plate com... read more I decided to give this restaurant chain a try for the first time and ordered their signature chicken fried steak. Unfortunately, what I received was a plate completely drenched in liquid gravy, leaving the patty soggy (as shown in the picture). After asking them to recreate the dish with appropriate gravy instead of soaking it, it was somewhat edible but still quite disappointing. The gravy clearly came from a pre-packaged source and lacked any real flavor. The patty tasted like it had been pre-made and frozen. As for the mashed potatoes, they were made from red potatoes, which was an unusual choice since they tend to become sticky and gummy when mashed. On a positive note, the salad had a nice blue cheese dressing, and the corn on the cob was delightful. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant!
