The... read more We visited last Friday and had a disappointing experience. On our first visit, they forgot an item, and on the second visit, they messed up our sandwiches. The worst part was when I returned to ask them to correct the sandwiches—I was met with a pretty bad attitude. It's safe to say that we’ll be driving farther to get our Friday breakfasts at another Dunkin' Donuts where the service is better.

Missing an entire item when bag is handed.Visit 2. bacon and egg on a croissant with no cheese had sausage instead of bacon and there was cheese. English muffin with turkey sausage, egg and cheese had no sausage and had bacon.When we mentioned the mistake with employee. Very rudely snatched the bag and made the correct order and threw the bag on the counter with an attitude.I under mistakes happen but this location has the most inconsistent customer service. Word to corporate: please coach employees up or coach them out.Will be going to Top Donut with friendlier staff.
