Feedback
This restaurant location is quite good. Some weekends, especially Saturday mornings, it can get a bit chaotic and orders may be delayed. However, most of the time, there are staff members who take your order and start preparing your drinks (or writing on the cups) as you’re ordering. I really enjoy the convenience of ordering in person; it’s often quicker than using the drive-thru. Speaking of which, the drive-thru tends to be quite busy in the mornings. The place looks much nicer and more modern since the renovation. The staff is friendly and polite, which adds to the overall experience.
I ordered an iced macchiato and paid $3.84, but what I received was not what I expected. When I asked about it, I was shouted at by the staff. The second iced macchiato was just a splash of coffee with all milk. I really don't understand why they can't just brew two shots of espresso for it. On my next visit, I finally got a good espresso flavor, but it was filled with ice.
