Add... read more The cold brew was only half full, and the hashbrowns tasted like cleaning products. They gave us sausage, egg, and cheese instead of bacon, egg, and cheese. Additionally, the girl at the drive-thru window had a rude attitude.

Then, when the issue was brought to the manager, nothing more than a shoulder shrug and a quiet I 'm sorry was all that was given in response. Abhorrent behavior to the fullest! The owners of this Dunkin should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such disgusting trash as employees. Would give 0 stars if possible!

I have been a long-time dunkin donuts customer. When this dunkin donuts opened in dracut a few years ago, I was so excited that there was one so close to my house. I was sadly disappointed. The coffee is terrible and on several occasions when i order food, i am told that they are not serving hot food at the moment. What is more infuriating is that i will wait in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and then when I get to the order speaker i am told no food. They should at least post a sign in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident. I have tried to order bagels everyday for the past 5 days and I am told that they are not serving hot food. Unbelievable.
