While the friendly staff and strong focus on cleanliness create a welcoming atmosphere, some inefficiencies in service and occasional dish mishaps have been noted. The large venue features modern decor but suffers from a lack of warmth—both in ambiance and temperature. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant excels in hosting events, receiving high praises for its outstanding service and food presentation during weddings and celebrations. Overall, Quoile Bar Bistro demonstrates potential for delightful dining, with room for improvement in service consistency and music volume.
Well what can I say, had my fathers 80th birthday lunch and it was just perfect.. setting ideal especially with game of cricket being played outside. Staff helpful and friendly and 3 course Sunday lunch while being extremely good the price was most reasonable would recommend and shall be frequenting again
We have been here once before and was so impressed with the food we decided to come back again for the Sunday menu. The staff are lovely however they are slow, I don't even think there was a chef in the kitchen! The starters were wrong(missing apple and over done) my husband found two hairs but we thought no it's ok we will just stay it's just a wee mistake then the mains came well I wish they didn't and it stayed in the kitchen! the Veg and meat was fine if it can be called that and the potatoes tasted like they had been sat there for a week or more so went uneaten and sent back then the dessert arrived well banoffee pie consists of one bit of off banana off base and no toffee at all, smothered in cream to hide it all, said to waiting staff who were uninterested so overall we definitely will not be back. Waste of
We dropped into the Quoile Bistro for Sunday dinner, after finishing our Game of Thrones tour in the locality. The restaurant itself is akin to a country club, set in picturesque surroundings. Inside is spotlessly clean. The decor is modern, bright and tasteful. Our seating was comfortable and the view was outside was pleasant to say the least. On the Sunday of our visit there was a three course set menu with lots of options to choose from. For starters we both opted for the honey chilli chicken and it was delicious. I had the turkey and ham for main course and my partner had the roast beef. The food arrived promptly, and piping hot. The meat was cooked to perfection, and we both really enjoyed our meals. Desserts were also lovely, and we finished with a couple of Irish coffees that were made perfectly. Good food and plenty of it, reasonably priced in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our visit to the Quoile Bistro, and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
The restaurant has a very stylish and recently renovated atmosphere. The food was delicious and flavorful. I will definitely be returning in the future.
