They claim to have never changed their recipe, but I have had it multiple times before and it was not what I was expecting. After a long 12-hour shift, I came home to find Mexican chicken on chips instead of the chicken super I thought I had ordered. When I called to let them know, they insisted it was the same thing. Additionally, I ordered 2 sausages but only received 1 for the high price of 2.20. The food was poor quality and the customer service was lacking when I called to address the issue. In the end, I ended up giving the food to my dog.

When I arrived ten minutes... read more I went to this restaurant this evening after work and ordered by phone. I was told my order would be ready in ten to fifteen minutes. When I arrived ten minutes later, I had to wait twenty minutes before being told that my order was not taken by the person I spoke to on the phone. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Everyone wears a mask in shops these days, but at Shelly's they make you take off your mask to speak to them because they claim they can't understand you. This is unacceptable during a pandemic! They even laughed at me when I spoke to them while wearing a mask. Additionally, there were eight staff members working there and not one of them was wearing a mask.
