The chicken at this restaurant was greasy and tough, and they forgot to give us our coleslaw. The chicken was so bad that I couldn't even bite through it - definitely the worst I've ever had from a KFC. The wait was made worse by the sight of the disgusting bin area, making it hard to keep an appetite. The place was filthy and I won't be returning. I even managed to damage my car by placing the box on the dashboard.
The family meal chicken at Newcastle KFC was not fresh. I cannot believe how they could let this happen. I will never go back to this restaurant again.
Me and my son went to get food for us and our cats! We got zinger box meals and miss whiskers got hot wings, food was very tasty and hot and the staff were so friendly. Miss whiskers couldn’t get enough!
Horrible experience, the staff do not wash their hands and the place is just awful. Surprisingly, I didn't get sick but it was a close call.
The food was ok and the sit in area was clean which was good but the problem I had with this KFC and I will never go back again because of it was the rude staff member I believe his name was Calvin. He was shouting at what looked to be a 17 year old employee and it was so unprofessional of him as there was a line of customers waiting to order and he wasn’t helping the poor girl at all he was just shouting at her. I tried to make a complaint to the manager about it but she just turned around and walking away after hearing my concerns. I heard someone call her name I believe it was areen or something like that but safe to say I will never be returning
