Choose one of the fabulous Base Coffee drinks or select from the range of herbal teas. For morning snacks try the sausage rolls, croisants or scone with fresh jam. Then later in the day you must try the home baked apple pie of one of the delicious (but huge) tray bakes. Base Coffee is not just a coffee shop, it's a hub for many regulars and undoubtedly you will very quickly feel welcome.

I chose a hot chocolate for myself, but I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary coffee given to my sister. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. Base is a trendy hangout spot that always seems to be bustling with customers. The coffee is excellent, and the location along the promenade with views of the seafront and harbor shoreline is very relaxing. The staff members are friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you again.
