We've had several work lunches at Rossi's each and every time the staff have been polite helpful. Waiting time on being served and the food coming out have always been short with most time waiting to be served 10 minutes and an additional 15-20 minutes for the food when the restaurant was busy. Cafe Rossi use to be fantastic, food and service. However, the last couple of times we have been, the food seems to have gone downhill. The service is shocking, rude staff both times, today the waitress with glasses was really rude. The last time the man seemed like he didn’t want to be there and taking our order was a chore. Definitely won’t be back and it’s a shame as really use to look forward to going here!
