Overall the cuisine in upstate New York is a downgrade from what I 'm used to in SoCal but this place is the exception to that, to be fair it leans into the things that east coasters actually are good at, such as baking bread and slicing meat and cheese; as Pete Davidson said in his now-infamous Taco Bell commercial they serve tasty, simple food with quality ingredients prepared with militant precision.
