We've heard great things about this restaurant from friends and online reviews. We're so happy we finally tried it out. The shrimp and salmon dishes were absolutely amazing, and they had a great selection of wines to pair with our meal. Definitely worth the visit, and now one of our favorite spots in Dover!

The menu is updated seasonally, offering a variety of new and delicious options to explore. During our most recent visit, we enjoyed dining outdoors under heat lamps, which made for a cozy and comfortable experience.

It was a refresh... read more For our appetizer, we shared the Stalk Caesar, made with a parmesan mousse, tarragon lavender dressing, shredded parmesan, and toasted brioche. It was a refreshing twist on the classic Caesar Salad, bursting with flavor and light on the heavy dressing taste. My wife's main course was the Hand Rolled Fettuccini, featuring smoked corn cream, fresh basil, sundried tomato, arugula, sunflower seeds, and parmesan. The dish was simple yet packed with delightful surprises, especially the smoked corn cream which stole the show. I opted for the New England Baked Cod, served with charred cauliflower, sugar snap peas, farm kale, chive sage butter, almond romesco, and toasted orzo. The Cod was topped with a light house crumb. I asked for a great white wine pairing, which complemented the dish perfectly. The attention to detail in the hand-made fettuccini and perfectly cooked cod made all the difference. Trust me, the devil is in the details when it comes to creating great dishes like these at Stalk.

I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and Stalk has an unparalleled ability to put together food combinations that you wouldn’t think of but end up tasting amazing. Every dish I’ve had isbetter than good it’s outstanding.

I got the Lincoln cocktail which was delicious, my wife got the bee's tea because she's the bee's knees. We got the potatoes, one of the steamed buns, and meatballs. The meatballs weresupposed to be my wife's but I dove in for more bites than I should have because they were so good. We will be back many times.
