I would rate all three categories a 1 out o... read more I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and was extremely disappointed with the food, service, and atmosphere. I would rate all three categories a 1 out of 5. I would recommend the Pad Thai and Duck dishes, but overall I was not impressed. The parking situation was also unclear.

I'm not sure if they cha... read more Khauphums has always been tops in my books. No other local Thai Restaurant could compare to the quality and authenticity of their food. I'm not sure if they changed ownership or chefs, but the last two times I have been there the food was not edible. It was so hot at a #3 that we could not eat it. There was no depth of flavor whatsoever. I sent it back only to have it returned with little to no liquid in the curry mixed with the vegetables and it was still not edible. My dinner friend had the same issue.I didn't eat the meal and the server kindly took it off my bill. That was the Dover location. The Exeter location has very inconsistent hours so I have not ordered often enough from there to make a fair assessment or give a balanced review. The fresh rolls that I have had in Exeter were very good, but the fresh rolls I had in Dover were too wet and fell apart. I make them at home and do a far superior job to what I experienced two weeks ago. I seldom leave a negative review, but I'm doing so to catch the owners attention so that they can make the necessary changes. I am a vegetarian and est Thai food all the time. Hopefully, things will improve and I can enjoy your restaurant some time again in the future.

I always come at least once a week. The staff is so so sweet and the food is amazing. This is my favorite restaurant in Dover!!! I always get the pineapple fried rice, and they let you choose how spicy you want it which is great. The lunch dinner portions are perfect, and the appetizers come with a lot so I always take some home! Service: Dine in
