We enjoyed a delicious meal at Roost. The service was exceptional too, checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything and keeping our drinks full. We will be back!

I have been to the Roost before and enjoyed it. I brought some friends who have never been there before . We were all very disappointed. My short rib dinner was so salty I couldn’t eat it, my husband scallops were just ok. Our friends meal was the same as ours. It took forever to get our salads and our meals. I will not be back in a hurry. Please let me know when things improve.

Food was amazing, atmosphere is great, and waitstaff even better! We were recommended to give it a try and we were so happy we did! ! It was a very comfortable spot to stop and eat considering we had two toddlers in tow, with friends. We will definitelybe back.

Really frustrated that when we ordered our food we were told 20 minutes and they even called us back to confirm our order and we asked if they needed more time and they said no. Then waited for our food an additional 25 minutes at the restaurant, whichwould be okay but when we got our food it didn’t come with the bread advertised, nor did they include salad dressing for mysalad, neither of which they mentioned when we received our food. (We found out after we came home) We went back for the saladdressing only to be told they were out? Why would you let me order a salad if you were out of dressing? (And of course we wereout of dressing at our house, so now I have plain leaves for dinner). Normally better service here but so much lack ofcommunication was really not cool. Food was also somehow cold when we got it after waiting nearly an hour. I understand beingbusy, or out of food but you need to communicate expectations up front and not act like it’s fine to not include what wasadvertised. Please take more time to talk to your customers.
