Dunkin' - Dover
Dunkin'
Description
This Route 125 (Gonic) Dunkin' delivers a split experience: when staffed well, baristas are warm, witty and consistently make accurate drinks, turning loyal customers into fans. Chronic understaffing, disabled kiosks and unreliable mobile/counter ordering, however, lead to long waits, wrong or overcharged orders and depleted pastry cases near closing. Vegetarian options appear limited. In short, a casual, convenient coffee-and-donut stop with excellent individual employees but uneven operational reliability—recommend for friendly service seekers, but expect occasional service gaps.

Feedback
Dunkin' on 125 in Gonic has absolutely the best service. The cashier didn't hesitate to pitch in 55 cents, and next time I stopped by, she smiled and joked, saying "Darn." I replied, "Short," and she said, "I got you." I was laughing, watching the money in her hands—no change for me, it was all hers!
This Dunkin' is my top choice in the area! The team is super friendly, and my orders are consistently spot-on. There's one woman who really shines with her cheerful attitude and kindness, brightening everyone's day. I definitely prefer this location over other Dunkin' Donuts nearby!
The woman with the light hair pulled back in a ponytail who works the window at Dunkin' is truly the kindest person—I think she deserves a raise! She's fantastic at her job and always brightens my day with her sweet demeanor. She doesn't just recite the prices and say "have a nice day"; she turns the simple act of grabbing coffee from Dunkin's menu into a personal experience and even remembers regular customers. I rarely write reviews, but this morning, feeling stressed, her thoughtful greeting made my day a little easier. I really appreciate how kind and personable she is.
