The staff appeared to be stressed, so I would recommend hiring more employees to improve the experience.

While we were waiting, the girl at the drive-thru had a... read more I met my sister at this café for a coffee, and after placing our order, we moved down the line to wait. While we were waiting, the girl at the drive-thru had a major meltdown. I was appalled by her behavior; she slammed the register drawer so hard that I was surprised nothing broke. I made a comment to my sister, and she told me that this girl frequently has outbursts. I honestly can’t believe they would keep her employed, especially in a position where she can be seen behaving like this. If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. I will definitely not be returning. I don’t mean to be picky, but I prefer my coffee served with a smile rather than a temper tantrum.

Despi... read more I want to update my review based on recent experiences. Currently, this Dunkin' is struggling. The lobby is often closed unpredictably, with no set hours. Despite having more than five employees inside, the drive-thru line still backs up onto the street. On top of that, mobile ordering is frequently not available without warning.

When I asked the staff to m... read more I ordered two half decaf coffees, but they were extremely burnt and overly hot, probably because they had been sitting out too long. When I asked the staff to make two fresh ones, she argued, insisting she had just prepared them. This is the second time I've had this problem with the same employee. She handed us the coffees immediately, which made it clear they were old. We ended up driving to another Dunkin' to get fresh coffee. From now on, I'll only go to the Dunkin' on Central Ave near Planet Fitness, where they consistently serve fresh, excellent coffee!
