The cafe has a minimalist feel and lacks a bit of coziness, but the owners are incredibly welcoming. Their coffee is exceptional, and it's enjoyable to sit outside and people watch. Their homemade cakes are all delicious, especially the chocolate and hazelnut torte. If you're looking for something smaller, their chocolate tarts are also fantastic.

They also offer a selection of delicious Italian pastries. The outdoor seating area is popular with locals who enjoy chatting with passersby. However, the interior of the restaurant is quite bland and unwelcoming, which deterred me from entering for a long time. It wouldn't take much effort to make it more inviting, but perhaps they are not looking to attract more customers. Additionally, the food fridge always appears to be understocked. Despite these oddities, the coffee at Miretti's is excellent.

The coffee we had there was possibly the best I have ever tasted. This is thanks to the care and attention they put into preparing it, as well as the quality of the coffee they use. Many coffee shops use boiling water, which ruins the taste of the coffee. I highly recommend Miretti and will definitely be returning next time we are in Deal.
