Starbucks Coffee - Douglasville

This is the best Starbucks! I travel for my job and it’s always a hit or miss whenever I visit a store, but for some reason, this Chapel Hill location gets my order right on the first try AND my drink looks just like what’s advertised. Yes, the line is usually wrapped around the building, but it’s a small price to pay for quality product and a positive experience.

This was my first visit to this location in West Georgia, and I was really impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was fast; they even double-checked my order, which I really appreciate. The line got busy quickly, but it moved at a steady pace. I ordered a vanilla bean Frappuccino with whipped cream, and it was absolutely delicious, served with a smile. Overall, this is a fantastic spot. If you’re in the area, definitely stop by—I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The indoor line moved quickly, and I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. However, the ginger sugar cookie drink was a bit overpowering for my taste; I mainly just needed a red cup for my spouse. There was a greeter assisting with app order pickups, and he was very friendly.

The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic! John makes the best flat white with almond milk! Vee is amazing with my hot drinks, and everyone else is great too! They recognize my drinks and remember my name as soon as I walk in, and they’re always friendly and funny. If you’re having a rough morning, they’ll definitely boost your spirits in the brief moments you’re there! It’s a wonderful team working the morning shift!
