Worst location. Pulled up to the drive thru and the manager is on her cellphone smoking a cigarette and says ?we will be right with you? and then proceeds to talk on her cell phone. Devonte was very helpful and seemed to be doing his job along with hers.

Fairburn road location has better customer service, better quality coffee and food than Hwy 5 Location. Also, much easier to get in and out of. Hwy 5 has a rude manager and the drive thru/parking situation is horrible. I see cars getting damaged in the drive thru constantly and only one way in and the opposite way out most often. I was still a regular customer despite having to drive way out of my way on the way out due to poor design and heavy traffic, but after not receiving what I paid for and met by hostility by the Hwy 5 blonde middle aged manager, I will gladly go the extra miles to the Fairburn Rd location. Actually with the better drive thru/ parking setup it will probably save me time! Otherwise when on Hwy 5, I will go to Starbucks or McDonalds before the Hwy 5 location gets another dime from my family! Please continue your great service Fairburn Rd!

Ordered 2 Black Pepper, Bacon, Egg Croissants and they tasted disgusting, like if they were cooked on a stove that recently had mop water tossed on it and let sit/dry, to later have food cooked on it. I will not be getting food from this establishment again.

Drinks are horrible. No matter the size, you can ask for extra syrup and Their turbo still will throw it off. Try to get a new machine or it calibrated. But no way you guys are comfortable with passing these horrible drinks out!

Coffee was great, customer service was very pleasant.
