Blu Rose Art Bistro - Douglasville

Great atmosphere ??. The food was terrible, and the plating ? EVEN worse.I paid 30 bucks, No Bs for an impossible burger. I 'll stick with Good Burger ! LmaooFood: 1/5

We came in around 8 on a week night and we enjoyed a little jazz before it ended. Most tables were halfway done by the time we sat down... service was awful. The server was nice, but was not attentive or maybe she was avoiding us. We waited 40 minutes for fried oysters as our app before I asked what looked like a manager about our appetizer. I know how long it was because of what time it was when I took my first video. It seemed like the man I asked went to the back and made them himself. At that point most of the tables were gone but 2. About 15 minutes later our fried shrimp entree and po boy came out. It was a ridiculously long time for fried food. Don't go hungry.

Service was amazing. Art work was beautiful and food was delicious. I even taste my friend's dishes, the fried chicken was amazing and seasoned perfectly and the seafood gumbo was good with large size shrimp in it. I definitely appreciated that. I wasn't a fan of the dessert choice and the Carrot cake was ok.

First time visiting and customer service was great! Chicken and waffles was a 10 out of 10! Chicken had an amazing crunch and the blueberry lemonade was refreshing! The bistro has an amazing aesthetic and an over all chill vibe, definitely will be back to try more
