We didn’t get a chance to dine at the restaurant. We arrived for a conference dinner, but their system was down, so they couldn't find our reservation or prioritize our seating, even though I showed them the confirmation email. We ate here for my daughter’s 20th birthday. I did call ahead seating and put in the notes to sing happy birthday to my daughter with dessert. No one even mentioned it. We all had crab. Flavorless and bland as was the rice and broccoli. The calamari was very good, as was the dessert. Good service.
They aren't properly using the reservation/priority seating system, so still had to wait 45 mins for a table. Then the table we were given was extremely dirty. The service was good once we had a good table, though the food was a little slow to arrive and wasn't great.

The restaurant was dirty. We sat at a table that was not clean, we asked to move and went to a table that was just as dirty. The food was just ok. The shrimp were over done. The portions were small for the price.
Food was good but the employees have no idea what to do with open table. Not trained, uninformed and just plain ignorant when it comes to it. 2 of the employees just stared at me when I said I used open table... I guess I was speaking another language... uggg!
