I always love chic fil a! But this one takes the cake I was in and out of that line in 5 minutes when it was backed all the way out of the parking lot! The person who took my order was very nice! But when I went to the window they didn’t say my pleasure. I should’ve got my free cookie! But all seriousness I see that the managers jump in and help when they are busy and that makes for great customer service in store. View all feedback.
What Tee Johnson doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
They have gluten free bread as an option for gluten intolerant periods. Just make sure you make it very clear that you need your bread to be GLUTEN FREE. I was almost glutened, and this has happened most of the time when going to Chic-Fil-A. The Waffle Fries, per usual were awesome! View all feedback.
I've used curbside pickup for a while now and love it for lunch. This morning, I did the curbside for breakfast since they now are open at 7:00am and apparently I was the first 7am customer they had : . I placed my order on the app right when my phone switched from 6:59am to 7:00am and got my food quick and it was hot and delicious. The lady who delivered my food (I'm guessing it was the owner was very nice and cheerful, which can be hard to pull off at 7am!
Love Chick-Fil-a at Arbor Place. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. The curbside delivery is a wonderful thing.
When it comes to personal and genuine customer service, this is the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. The food was perfect, and the curbside service makes everything so convenient! I will definitely be coming back.
