Found out today they're human after all. For the very first time ever at this location I got home and found that I didn't have an 8 count nugget that I paid for. I did get the 2 12 counts sandwiches and fries, just not the 8. Like I said it it was thefirst time ever and they were really, really, busy. I've eaten here 100's of times over the years. Everyone was super friendlyas always! I'll be back and I know it will be outstanding as always!
The customer service has gone down hill a bit. I feel like the people outside taking orders are just weaving in between cars without looking! And the young people taking orders are always super distracted. The food is great most of the time! They justneed to tighten up a little bit on the customer service and making sure that Food is fresh!
The quality of the food varies greatly. The fries have been over-salted to the point of being inedible, the salads are often wilted, and the milkshakes can be too runny or overly rich with chocolate syrup—sometimes both. During my last visit, I hit my breaking point. Half of my salad was wilted, and the dressing (which I always order, avocado lime ranch) tasted sour and off. We didn’t even receive the extra items we paid for; instead of double cold chicken, we got one serving of hot chicken that was overly salty. My boyfriend attempted to eat it after I couldn’t, but he couldn’t take another bite. We called to report the issue, and they offered to replace my meal at a later date. We went in to redeem that offer today, and it was still wrong. When my boyfriend reordered and the attendant read it back, the order was completely inaccurate. When he received the meal, he noticed blue cheese was missing. The attendant simply said they were busy and hadn’t included it. I’m officially done with this location.
I have always had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. Their customer service is exceptional, and the staff is fantastic. I really wish other fast food places would learn from them. Keep up the excellent work, Chick-fil-A! You are truly appreciated.
I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but I've encountered an issue at this location during morning drive-thru hours. The lane for Stuart Mill Road is often closed, which forces drivers from that road and those turning off Highway 5 from the I-20 side to use the outer drive-thru lane. Instead of waiting their turn, some of them try to cut in line right in front of you, disregarding the time you've already waited. It can be frustrating when they act as if they deserve to jump ahead. I wish this could be addressed at the morning drive-thru here. However, lunch time runs smoothly since all the lanes are open then.
