I ordered food to be picked up. I came at the time it said on the order. I let them know I was there. I had to go in and wait for our food. That was annoying. The whole idea was to have the food ready at the time their app said. View all feedback.
What MRS doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
They didn't have the chicken wonton tacos so i opted for the boneless wings. The boneless wings were warm. The queso dip was warmed in the microwave in the bowl and was lumpy and burnt. They bought us plastic utensils. View all feedback.
Definitely under staffed while there this visit. A bit of a wait. But they were trying and it didn't affect the food quality. 1 server and I believe 1 cook and the manager. All very nice and accommodating. Very apologetic.
Took forever too come out with drinks I finished my food before my drink ever came out Food was cold by the time I got it I would’ve gave you zero stars, but it didn’t give me the option
Jaimie was a real winner as she served us. Very pleasant, kind and efficient. We will be back
Aireale was a great server! Very tentative and helped with whatever need!!
Our waitress took our order. Brought our food and that was it. Boneless wings were not fresh and were very dry. The pene pasta also tasted like it was from the day before. The burger was good and the fries were fresh. Do not recommend.
