irritating place to go. we have been loyal customers for several years. there is a new hired, now he seems to think it is a preschool. he joked all the time before he wrapped the sandwich of my daughter, he made another person. The staff handled a special single order that needed to be free from cross-contamination exceptionally well.
I made a quick stop here on my way home from PCB. It had the usual Subway menu items. The staff was very friendly, and the dining area was quite clean. However, the men's bathroom was dirtier than I would have expected, but I won’t take a star away for that.
It's Subway, so you know what to expect. Overall, this chain needs a significant update, not just this particular location. The staff here can be inconsistent; however, since the owner was present during my visit, everyone seemed to be on their best behavior. I have to mention that this location is generally better than average when it comes to cleanliness.
Apparently the owner of the subway in southeast Dothan doesn’t want anybody getting any sandwiches other than the build your own so you can’t get and spicy Italian sandwich or even any of the new sandwiches subway does. What is the point in having a subway if you are not going to allow people to get the sandwiches they want. The employees specifically said the owner will not let them make any other sandwiches if it wasn’t on the build your own menu it is dumb and make absolutely no sense. Poor work on the owners part he or she should do better and learn to run a business properly.
Worst customer service ever. The workers are very rude. The kids meal says apple sauce AND milk and they refused to give us milk for the kids. They kept being rude and say then just grab it! I was walking towards my son and one worker said excuse me and held his hand up in my face walking between me and my 3 year old. Also my husband asked how the Parmesan vinegarette is and the employee said “Man I don’t eat that!” Food: 1
