Worst customer service ever. The workers are very rude. The kids meal says apple sauce AND milk and they refused to give us milk for the kids. They kept being rude and say then just grab it! I was walking towards my son and one worker said excuse me and held his hand up in my face walking between me and my 3 year old. Also my husband asked how the Parmesan vinegarette is and the employee said “Man I don’t eat that!” Food: 1
Went there today with my husband. They started to make my food and then skipped my husband and started making another man’s food. Probably the worst customer service experience with that one associate. No apology or saying you didn’t see him. I could not believe they would just skip my husband and then check out the other person first! Truly the lady working this night needs an attitude check. The two boys were fine. She’s lucky she wasn’t wearing a nametag that I noticed or I would have put her name out here.
People working were awesome. The service was excellent. Place was clean. The only complaint I have is every time I visit seems like they have discontinued another item that I order for my sandwich. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Employees were standing around, busy talking, handed me my pick up order but didn't bother greeting me or asking if I needed anything else. Pizza wasn't cut, didn't include my dipping sauce and didn't consider adding napkins. Good thing it was a one time thing, wouldn't stop there again. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
Update: After sending a company review and Google review the owner contacted me. He apologized for the incident, said we appreciate your feedback and can assure you the team that is responsible for this functionality has received this information and will take it into account, as we are always looking to improve the customer experience. . He then offered a footlong free for our inconvenience. Thank you Sir. Original: My son ordered a footlong sandwich which was delivered by a platinum level Uber eats driver but he only received a 6 inch. It was wrapped and sealed with the Subway sticker and receipt. I called and spoke with the manager who was very hateful. She let me know quick that she made the sandwich and knew it was a footlong. She even tried to blame the UberEATS driver. She said he must have taken the other half of it. She told the only way it could be replaced was if I brought it back. My son is a teacher hence the delivery. I tried to send a picture and she rudely said that it had to be returned. I have never been talked to or yelled at like that. Was my son not supposed to eat his lunch just so she could see her mistake? Attached picture was just after unwrapping the sandwich? Does it look like it was originally a footlong? I don 't see it! Horrible management and customer service!
