At a recent visit to KFC, patrons encountered significant issues with both service and ambiance. The drive-thru experience was marred by poor speaker quality and unprofessional staff demeanor, leading to frustration among customers who felt rushed and ignored. Complaints about lengthy wait times and employees chatting instead of attending to customers further highlighted a lack of attention to service. Although the food received a solid rating of 4 out of 5, the outdated exterior and disappointing dining atmosphere detracted from the overall experience. To enhance satisfaction, improvements in customer service and restaurant upkeep are urgently needed.

Chicken tasted like it had no original recipe coating on it. Tasted like it had only flour on it. And had been fried in an open deep fryer. Service was excellent. Just the food was not up to KFC flavor.

Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE!!!!! Food was thrown away by an employee who got an attitude when I confronted her about her about it. And then wouldn't give me my food just gave me a refund of my money. Will never go there again. No stars!!!!
When I ordered the item I wanted was always there nice and hot.
The customer service at this restaurant leaves much to be desired. The staff seems hurried when taking orders and often engages in conversations with each other rather than paying attention to customers. I used to enjoy dining at KFC, but I’m now quite disappointed with the service.
