Great Starbucks Excellent service with patient and warm staff. These folks were on point with their service, drinks and friendliness. For large groups, this Starbucks is has tons of inside and outside extra space.

Great customer service and they made my drink exactly how I wanted it!

Wow, i thought the employee was a parrot. She repeated over and over again same thing, eventually causing the customer to give up. I asked her to cancel it right away and pay with my card because I paid with my star due to an employee's mistake, but she said she couldn't cancel it five times until the end, so I just brought a drink. I asked if I can't cancel it even though it's your employee's mistake. Her answer was very emphatically no. It wasn't my mistake, but I couldn't speak any more because she was talking like I was wrong. I think she ignored me because I am Asian and I am not good at English. I feel so bad.

I came here and ordered a shaken expresso with almond milk since I have an oat allergy. When I saw the barista Robin look at my order I saw her physically roll her eyes and scoff, she then proceeded to comment to her coworkers about how she hates making this specific drink because it?s super annoying and time consuming. I didn?t say anything but then I saw her put oat milk in my cup, I corrected her at the pickup station to which she threw the drink in the sink and grunted in frustration. She remade it and set it down rather aggressively. I genuinely feared for my own safety for a little bit. If you have any allergies I recommend you not let Robin make your drink.
