I got an 18-inch... read more I ordered for pickup, so I can't comment on the dining experience. The staff was friendly, although we didn't have the chance to meet Richie B. I got an 18-inch pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese, along with an Italian sub. However, when we got home, we noticed that there didn't seem to be any extra meat or cheese, even though we were billed for it. I also ordered onion rings when I arrived to pick up the order. They were ready pretty quickly, but when we got home, we found there was no onion ring sauce included. That said, I have nothing negative to say about the food! The pizza was the best I've had while visiting my brother, who used to live in Panama City but now resides in Dothan. Our sub was flavorful as well! I highly recommend Richie B's!
