I had a work meeting this morning and ordered 20 breakfast sandwiches. The entire team was incredibly friendly; they prepared the food quickly and made my morning so much easier. This morning crew is fantastic!
Typically, my experiences here are fantastic. However, on Mother's Day, they had a sign indicating they would be closed from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. I placed my order online at 3 p.m. and paid through the app. I arrived around 3:10 p.m., only to find the restaurant was closed. It was quite a trek across town!
I frequently order from Dunkin’, and there's a proper way to prepare their food that should be consistently upheld. Unfortunately, that standard isn't being met when someone just tosses three slices of bacon onto a piece of toast with a small amount of avocado.
Terrible service. The lady in the drive thru was very rude and stated she couldn't understand me. Even my kids in the car said; that was very rude. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is the second time That I have ordered a frozen Carmel coffee and have only taken two sips out of because it tasted so sour and rancid and have been extremely sick from. I knew it was bad from the start because of how sour it tasted. As someone who has worked in food services for seven years I would recommend dating your products because There is absolutely no doubt that one of those ingredients was extremely rancid. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but that is something that could be easily prevented and should not be over looked. I had to leave work early today because I feel so sick from that coffee.
