I admire the 3 workers who have shown themselves to take care of the area for their dedication to their business, during those times we are facing today. they showed up to work remained professional with a warm smile despite rude customers and work short employees. many thanks for a great night to dinner. james and the other personal.

When we asked for David as our server, we were told he wasn’t available and that we would have to settle for someone else. We come to this place nearly every weekend and usually have David as our server, or we sit at the same table if the bar is crowded. Unfortunately, Andrea was very rude and clearly needs more training in customer service.

When we arrived, the host informed us that there would be a 25-minute wait for a table, despite the fact that the restaurant was mostly empty. Shortly after, three individuals walked in, who I later learned worked at Piggly Wiggly. The host told them the same wait time, but then seated them before my son and me at a table in the bar area. This struck me as poor customer service; it's frustrating to be told there’s a wait only to see others being seated ahead of us. I understand that many restaurants are dealing with staffing issues, but that doesn’t excuse the inconsistency in service.
