Qdc Burger - Dorval
Qdc Burger
Description
Tucked near transit and entertainment hubs, this owner-driven burger spot transforms street-food into gourmet fare with fresh 100% beef, inventive sandwiches (including a shrimp option), truffle-Parmesan fries and homemade relishes, plus a curated wine list. Expect strong menu guidance and attentive quality control but no full table service: order at the counter and self-serve utensils. Be aware of policy quirks like no complimentary water, no half-pint beer options, and reported automatic card gratuities. Best for foodies and burger lovers seeking bold flavors over white-glove dining.

It's a lovely spot to wait for your flight. The burgers are fantastic, though they are on the expensive side.
This might be the only restaurant in North America that refuses to offer a complimentary glass of water. Even after purchasing wine, they flatly denied my request for water. In many places around the world, it's required by law for establishments that serve alcohol to provide free water, but that doesn't seem to apply here. As for the service, it's virtually nonexistent. You have to order at the counter and retrieve your own wooden utensils, napkins, and condiments. They offer no assistance whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different restaurant.
Everything was incredibly delicious and exceptionally fresh! The chef and owner recommended the Parmesan truffle fries, which were fantastic! They also provided great suggestions for beer and wine.
