Homemade pasta (which is difficult to find in Sardinia, as almost all restaurants use supermarket semi-finished products, including tomato sauce). You should try Vino de la Casa and homemade tiramisu, it’s small but delicious. For lunch you have to come early, because it’s difficult to find free table after 14.00.

We stayed in a near by b&b(Passagio a bargia I think, something similar anyway) which recommended it to us, and on hearing that, the waiter offered us both a drink of Mirto and gave us great advice on the local area. A great find, and an unforgettable meal.
