I reached out immediately to address the issue, only to be told that the dish was definitely included in the order. I insisted that it was not, and offered to bring everything back for verification or have someone come to my house to check. They flat-out refused and hung up on me. You have just lost a loyal customer. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant entirely. The customer service is non-existent. Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
