Just had a terrible experience with the manager at this location. She offered me a 5$ coupon to leave a review on google. For some reason google would not upload my review and she refused to honour the 5$ I was offered. It’s too bad, because without her poor managerial skills, My children and I would have had a far better experience without such a spur ending. the children and I had a great time! the staff was friendly, helpful and service for amazing hot chocolate and coffee was fast. was much more than usual through breaks, but the staff handled it well, we called the same day and they booked us a time that the table was ready when we arrived. a highlight of our march.
